Returns

You are eligible for change of mind returns within 7 days after receiving your item.

Please note, we do not accept returns on the following:

1. Earrings or pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

2. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding the newsletter sign up).

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the nora izumi box provided.

4. All sale purchases are final sales and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.
