Refund policy
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange:
We only offer returns or replacements if:
- The item received is damaged upon arrival
- You receive the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn and properly secured in its original packaging
- An unboxing video and clear images of the product/package may be required for verification
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange is accepted, you'll receive further instructions for the process in an email.
Return & Exchange Timeline:
If your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 days of approval. Returns dispatched after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Please note: The shipping charges are non-refundable.

In cases where an exchange request is approved, customers are required to dispatch the original product within 3 days of approval. The replacement item will be processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection.
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Minor colour variations due to lighting/screens
- Improper handling or wear and tear
- Tarnishing caused by exposure to moisture, perfumes, or chemicals
- Incorrect care or handling of jewellery
Please note: All sale purchases are final sales and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.
Refunds
Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note within 5-7 working days of the approval. The credit note will be valid for future purchases on the NORA IZUMI website and have a maximum validity of 1 year. No monetary refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
